Richard A Thompson an 18 year old of 583 Seventh Avenue was sentenced to 30 day jail terms on three counts in Marion police court Judge Miles Adams ordered concurrent sentences He was arrested on New Year s Day charged with possession of beer as a minor resisting arrest and driving while license suspended.
