Emergency Liaison Staff Picked by Red Cross in Linn County
Twenty six volunteer emergency contacts were selected Wednesday by Mrs. John Walker chairing the Linn County Red Cross rural committee. The 26 helpers will act as liaisons between the Red Cross office and residents in their areas to speed service for families with men in service. They will also inform headquarters of emergencies and assist in distributing family letters and forms to ready data on file.
