USDA Closes Bicentennial Farm History Book
The Agriculture Department released a 102 page booklet to honor farmers in American history, the final Bicentennial project of 1976. Delays postponed its April or May release and an updated White House farmers article could not be included, though it forecasts the next 200 years and surveys farming conditions.
