LaHue pleads innocent to arson charge
Forrest Charles LaHue, 31, of 2442 Reynolds Avenue SW, pleaded innocent to an arson accusation. He was released on bond pending further court action.

Police said Schroeder and Willer Schroeder tried to set fire to a home after an argument with his wife. An unnamed executor remained without bond as Aanss Melt LaHue appeared in court via attorney David Perkin. Injunction Issued Against Landlords in Cedar Rapids Case

A 22-year-old Cedar Rapids man, Hubert Lee Strait, pled guilty to drunk driving and driving with a suspended license. He received a $300 fine on the first count and a suspended 60 day jail term on the second after highway patrol officers observed erratic driving near Fifteenth street SE.
