Fairfax man fined for drunken driving case at trial
John Lauvar of Fairfax pled guilty before Judge Tharruson to a second drunken driving offense. He was fined 40 dollars and released. The arrest occurred around 10 30 on New Year Eve on highway 218 after police said he drove erratically with a large amount of liquor in his system. Two Men Fined $25 for Disturbing the Peace
Two men pled guilty in police court to drunkenness and disturbing the peace. George Cleveland of 127 A Avenue NW and John Wagner of 1014 Avenue NW were fined $25 each by Judge Hirry Julien.
