Mechville Appeal Slated Delays Paving Plans
A notice of appeal has been filed in district court by attorney J. E. Heiserman of Anamosa, potentially delaying Mechanicsville street paving this year. He has 90 days to file the appeal with the Iowa Supreme Court, with the likelihood of no timely action before the 1963 construction season ends.
