Mennonites face possible land foreclosure in Texas
In Seminole Texas 550 Mennonites who settled 19 miles southwest of town on 6,400 acres face foreclosure after missing loan payments on a $1.7 million land purchase. The first $230,000 due Feb 15 remains unpaid, with options to pay $150,000 now and $80,000 later. Attorneys say a notice could come Monday, with foreclosure possible by April 4 if unpaid. The group, seeking self sufficiency, has suffered crop losses from a poor cotton season amid low prices.

Twelve charge drunk driving across city grid
