More than a hundred thousand former Iowans in the West are set for the annual winter picnic reunion Saturday at Lincoln Park Los Angeles California. Honor guests include former President Hoover Gov Frank Merriam Rush Butler Harvey Ingham Des Moines Joe Crail and other Iowa association leaders. Ten acres will be laid out with each county in its place a fifty piece band will perform and brief speeches follow. If rain comes the event will be postponed a week.
