Clinton man dead after fatal shooting suspect dies on road
Authorities say 36 year old Mark Moeller killed his girlfriend Michelle Proud outside Mercy Medical Center in Clinton and died after a five hour standoff on a rural road. Moeller was pronounced dead at the scene and had suffered a self inflicted gunshot wound.
