McMurray Tops Rockingham Busch Race For Record Ties
Jamie McMurray won the Goody’s Headache Powder 200 at Rockingham, passing Kevin Harvick with 20 laps to go as Harvick tangled with Robby Gordon. The victory ties McMurray with Mark Martin for Busch series wins at Rockingham and narrows the gap to the all time consecutive-win record. Greg Biffle, Johnny Benson, and others faced engine troubles as Dale Earnhardt Jr. noted ownership of the winning car. Truex challenged late but finished second.
