Old Springville School Built in 1865 Faces Razing This Year
A brick Springville school erected in 1865 cost 1200 dollars and served six years before overcrowding led to a new building. The site was bought from Charles Pinkney in 1840, later public property, now owned by Mr. and Mrs. Boomhower who plan to raze the structure.
