A navy duffel bag left at a Fairfield gun shop robbery scene on February 14 led to four suspects being arrested after a six minute high speed chase in Washington and Johnson counties. Larry Joe Longbine, 25, of Cicero Illinois, was stopped south of Iowa City after deputies shot out his tires.
