Six charged in Vinton teen shooting death case
Nearly a year after Emma Redlinger was accidentally shot by teens handling a rifle at a Vinton home, authorities charged three adults and three teens. William Hines, 17, faces involuntary manslaughter and related counts and is held at the Emma Redlinger Juvenile Facility. Emma died Feb. 28, 2015, after the incident at West Fourth Street.
