Marion traffic fuss promises Thursday decision
Marion Mayor Bill Grundy pledged that a decision would be made Thursday night on downtown traffic plans. A citizens committee preferred keeping one way streets and allowing parking on Seventh Avenue, while a two way system faced concerns over parking loss and higher costs. The council weighed the committee report after a city study by Shire-Hattery.
