Blair House sold plan condominiums

The 11 story Blair House at 2222 First Ave NE in Cedar Rapids was sold by Des Moines investors to Iowa Realty for about 5 million dollars. The building will convert from apartments to condominiums with current leases honored and occupants given first opportunity to buy.
