Forecast shows mostly cloudy skies with occasional snow Tuesday night and freezing drizzle in the extreme southeast. Moscow reports Foreign Trade Minister Patolichev rejected any suggestion that the Kremlin expects U S backing for the Soviet seven year plan. He commented on a Jan. 27 speech by Douglas Dillon asserting Anastas Mikoyan asked for underwritten credits to boost trade. Patolichev called such claims false and noted Khrushchev used credits in Asia Africa and Latin America.

Cedar Rapids resident Doyle E. Norris 74 died Monday at Iowa City Veterans Hospital after a brief illness. Born March 24 1924 in Redding Indiana he married Dorothy Bear November 26 1950 in Waterloo. Survived by wife son Gary daughters Rita Janet four brothers including Cleo and Paul and a sister. He belonged to Cedar Hills Community Church American Legion Fairfax Eagles and United Packinghouse Workers. Services Thursday 1:30 Turner Chapel, graveside 3:45 Elm Grove Cemetery Washington Iowa. William J. Turecek 66 of Route 12 Cedar Rapids died Monday in Veterans hospital after a long illness. Born June 24 1892 near Swisher he lived in that area his whole life. He married Mayme Teslik Aug 23 1922 and is survived by wife son Robert W three brothers Frank Emil and Edward. Services in Brushchapel at 2 Wednesday with burial in Shueyville cemetery. friends may call after noon Tuesday.

Libbie Kosina Bartosh age 49 wife of Wesley L Bartosh of 181 First St SW died Tuesday after a long illness. Survived by her husband a son James L at home three sisters including Mrs John Craft Cedar Rapids and three brothers Jerry Edward and Leo Kosina Cedar Rapids. Mrs Bartosh was a member of St.
