Linn District Court records show multiple deferred sentences and probations
Warren W. Wood, 31, received a deferred sentence for participating in a pyramid money game and was placed on one year probation with community service. Michael DeVore, 19, got 10 days in jail with credit for time served after pleading to simple assault. Seventeen drunk driving cases resulted in fines, suspended jail terms, or probation. Several individuals had charges dismissed or received suspended sentences with probation, including Keith Badtram, Bradford Yoder, and Calvin Edgeton. Additional sentences included Eurich and Lyons with related license suspension charges dismissed. Four defendants were placed on probation to their attorneys after pleading guilty to drunk driving and receiving deferred sentences.
