A Cedar Rapids woman Neela Robertson was shot and killed at 1309 Fifteenth St SE shortly before 2 pm Tuesday. Police seek her husband Kenneth 42 who fled after the shooting, with neighbors reporting a man with glasses and a trench coat seen near the home. Robertson died at Mercy hospital after being shot in the stomach with a 410 shotgun. Robertson had been released from Linn County jail last Friday after a morals case bail reduction.
