Iowa man in custody after multi county Amber Alert standoff
Brandon Duong, 34, was charged with one count of first degree kidnapping after a two and a half hour standoff between Remsen and Marcus in northwest Iowa. An Amber Alert was issued for Bryson Duong, 7, following a high speed chase across Woodbury Plymouth and Cherokee counties. Police secured the child and took Duong into custody. he will be held in Greene County Jail.
