Dominic Giovanni Scodeller a 25 year old former bookkeeper for Moda Americana in Iowa City was arrested on a first degree theft complaint after being released from University Hospitals. He is accused of stealing 16300 dollars from the store between 1991 and 1992 by failing to deposit funds. He had crashed his car from a bridge above I 380 on December 16 and was hospitalized before the arrest. He is out on 13000 bail.
