ASCS committee shifts light in Eastern Iowa races
County Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service committees see minimal changes after elections across Eastern Iowa. All incumbents won except in Allamakee Benton Poweshiek where no bids were filed. New terms and office switches reflect routine reappointments and one 25 year service pin for Evan Johnston of Poweshiek.
