Della Landy, 69, Shellsburg, died Tuesday at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City. Born July 24, 1906, in Brookings South Dakota, she married Leo Landy in Cedar Rapids November 23, 1925. She lived in Cedar Rapids 46 years, worked for Bruce Van Lines, moved to Shellsburg in 1971, and was active in Sorosis and Eastern Star. She donated her body to the University of Iowa. a memorial fund was set up.
