Iowa City rental cap faces final City Hall vote
The ACLU backs a new ordinance restricting single family and duplex rentals in high rental areas near the University of Iowa to curb noise and traffic. The measure would not apply to apartments and exempted landlords in good standing, with final reading set for Tuesday evening.
