United Way Increases Administrative Budget And Staff
United Way board voted 15 to 9 to raise the administration budget to 246 580 and hire a planner, despite objections from a minority. The action follows a shortfall in the annual campaign with projected total 2 199 000 and per capita pledges of 27 32 for Cedar Rapids workers.
