Regan Hospitalized After Dizzy Spell Near Week’s End
Treasury Secretary Donald Regan was admitted to George Washington University Hospital for tests after a second dizzy spell in a week. Doctors said the 63-year-old had discomfort but is in excellent condition and will stay overnight for observation.
