A memorial service is set for February 1 2024 at 3 00 pm at The Terry Trueblood Pavilion Iowa City with a 3 30 to 5 30 pm reception. Private funeral and interment follow at Trinity Episcopal Church. Donations toward memorial expenses may be made via GoFundMe or to Corgi Rescue. She served in the US Army including the K 9 corps and had a 30 year career with the Iowa Department of Corrections. Los Angeles actor Camden Toy known for Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel has died at 68 after a two year pancreatic cancer fight. Publicist Matt Chassin confirmed the death on Monday with a Wednesday news release praising Toy’s kindness and humor. His career included early film roles and later parts in Call of Duty Vanguard, Geeking Out With Al and Candace, and Boogey Man.
