Cedar Rapids plans park library fusion on west side site
The city drafts a six acre park beside Cedar Rapids new west side library to replace Ladd Library. The joint project aims to blend outdoor reading rooms multiuse courts and gardens at the corner of 20th Avenue and Wiley Boulevard SW to enhance green space in the area under design.
