Iowa City delays approved for Chauncey and Riverfront Crossings

The Iowa City Council extended key dates for two developments. The $74 million RISE at Riverfront Crossings project will start in June after a budget and financing extension, while the $49 million Chauncey tower’s start is tied to a court resolution date within one year.

Gateway Project moves forward elevating Dubuque Street in Iowa City
