Waterloo man pleads guilty in accidental shooting case
Queshand R. Seals of Waterloo pleaded guilty to aggravated misdemeanors carrying weapons and obstructing prosecution for taking and concealing the handgun involved in the unintentional death of 15-year-old Senquez Jackson on March 18 in Cedar Rapids. He faces up to four years, with a possible suspended sentence sought by defense and agreed by prosecutors.
