The War Production Board advisory committee urged Army priority on woolens and worsteds. With vastly increased military needs, the group recommended that all supplies of worsted yarns and woolens for the next five months be designated for defense use.

He adds no suit shortage is expected since retail sale stock exists and new production would not appear until next fall. If military demand eases after five months, supply should be steady for next fall.
