Arizona Supreme Court upheld Winnie Ruth Judd’s first degree murder conviction and denied her appeal. She faces execution on February 17 at Florence State Prison for the killing of Agnes Ann Leroi in Phoenix. Governor Hunt or his successor could grant clemency, but no delay appears likely.
