Ryan St. Pat's On Probation

Ryan St Patrick's high school of Ryan Friday was reprimanded and placed on probation for the school year by the board of control of the Iowa High School Athletic Association. The action followed because Rev William Schwartz withdrew his team with 3 minutes 58 seconds remaining in a game at Holy Cross high school on December 4. A hearing on December 9 resulted in the decision and warned that further rule deviations could lead to dropping the school from the IHSAA.

Ex-Champion Canzoneri Dies at 51 on Broadway
