CME Chicago reports 3,050,059 contracts traded in November, a 35.8 percent rise from 1981. For 11 months, 30,773,889 contracts moved, up 37.6 percent. S&P 500 futures led with 515,625 contracts. since listing April 21, nearly 2 million S&P futures have traded, a CME record.
