Kirkwood OKs Eastdale lease plan for Iowa City site
Kirkwood Community College moves to open classes at Eastdale Village Mall in southeast Iowa City next fall. The 20 year lease purchase with Windsor Land Corp. would let Kirkwood own the building after 20 years with 1.6 million in rental payments.
