In New York a federal jury found Conrad H Mann Frank E Hering and Bernard C McGuire guilty of violating federal lottery laws and conspiring to do so in promoting a Fraternal Order of Eagles charity frolic and dance. The verdict carries up to three years in prison and a $12000 fine with sentence delayed until next Thursday. Raymond McGuire was acquitted.
