Two Iowa counties without a COVID death remain
Iowa reports 22 new COVID-19 deaths including Greene County count. Decatur and Worth counties are the only counties without a death. As of 11 am Wednesday 2,449 Iowans have died and 3,020 new cases were logged with a 45.67 percent positivity rate.

Iowa districts spend 43 million less due to pandemic
Gazette Des Moines Bureau reports Iowa school districts spent 69 million less than budgeted and 43 million net reduction after 26 million in non budgeted pandemic costs. Some districts showed no cut, while over 95 percent expect extra non budgeted costs this fiscal year. Education Department filed the report for the Legislature by November 15.

Marion's Christmas in the Park shifts to a neighborhood Santa tour by firetruck due to the pandemic.
