Anamosa Couple Sentenced on Theft Convictions
Robert Durgin Sr. and Mildred Durgin of Anamosa were sentenced after a September conviction on theft charges. He received 10 years in prison while she got five years probation and a $18,000 fines total. Mrs. Durgin also pays the county costs. The case stemmed from about $25,000 in stolen vehicles and equipment seized January 19 at the Durgin farm after a two day joint investigation by Jones Linn Cedar counties and Marion Police with Iowa Highway Patrol.
