Suspended sentence for disturbing the peace after club disturbance

Harry W. Harville, 32, of 730 Seventh Avenue SW, received a 30 day suspended sentence after pleading guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. He was arrested last Thursday night after a disturbance at Ralphs One O Two club, 102 Third Avenue SW, Municipal Judge Loren Hullinger Jr. imposed the term.

Assistant Fire Chief Robert H. Ellison suffered a back injury Tuesday morning after slipping on slippery pavement in the driveway east of the Memorial Coliseum. He was treated at St. Luke's Hospital and released. he lives at 296 Twenty Fourth Avenue SW.
