Coralville man Antonio Foster, 29, was arrested in Kankakee Illinois on resisting arrest charges after giving a phony name. He faces Johnson County charges of indecent exposure burglary assault with intent to commit sexual abuse assault and trespassing from incidents in February and April plus an alleged Ramada Westfield Inn assault. Foster was released June 15 and arrested July 16 in Coralville. Prosecutors expect to file new sex abuse charges and note his absence at an August pretrial conference.
