American Artists and Craftsmen Exhibit Opens at Coe
An 1955 56 Coe College gallery show features early American paintings pewter glass ceramics silver and inventions loaned by the American Federation of Arts. Highlights include prints by Revere Currier Ives and Audubon, plus pewter and glass pieces from makers such as Emery Wishart Van Voorhis and Brigden. The Met Museum staff organized the exhibit with AFA routing and booking.
