Kennedy inquest rules set after two day hearing

Boyle outlines ground rules for the upcoming inquest into the Chappaquiddick accident. Arson Suspected In Riviera Fires

Police suspect arson as a series of fires blazed along the French Riviera from the Pyrenees to the Italian border. Campers near Cannes saw a man run after igniting paper under wood while a firefighter near Barols reported a similar incident. Deere Sues Over Exemption Status of Farmer’s Sheller

The John Deere Co filed two suits in district court seeking a declaratory judgment on whether a Ling county farmer Ine Carson’s corn sheller is exempt from attachment. Thye Former Senator Dies in Minnesota
