Cedar Rapids health center growth continues
The Eastern Iowa Health Center, serving vulnerable residents, faced historic challenges a decade ago with no cash, heavy debt, and a tiny budget. Since 2004 a driven board and steady partnerships helped the Federally Qualified Health Center expand beyond its early struggles near MedQuarter and Wellington Heights.
