UIHC weighs moving services to Mercy campus downtown
The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics plans a long term shift with about eight services potentially relocating from the main campus near Kinnick Stadium to the former Mercy Hospital site in downtown Iowa City. The plan includes obstetrics, midwifery, family medicine, sleep disorders, and other areas as part of a broader expansion and upgrade program funded after Mercy’s bankruptcy sale.
