Sideline Chicago Tribune reports that Tribune Publishing reaches a definitive agreement to sell the Chicago Cubs and Wrigley Field to the Ricketts family. The sale values the franchise at about $845 million with a 5 percent remaining stake and a 25 percent share in Comcast SportsNet Chicago. MLB approval remains required.
