Born April 27 1936 in Monticello Iowa she married Henry Sokol in 1962 then Richard Steiner in 1974. She lived in Monticello Maquoketa Albuquerque and Phoenix before retiring in 1997. She was active in church and VFW Auxiliary.

Patiance Phelps age 28 of 743 Gateway St NE is charged with unauthorized computer access for breaching Amber Leuerken s email and Facebook accounts on July 16 from Phelps residence. Phelps and Leuerken were former friends and Phelps had enough personal information to access Leuerken s accounts.
