Iowa City man faces federal meth conspiracy charge
A 32 year old Iowa City man Nicholas W Rotter is charged with one count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine based on a federal criminal complaint. Investigators say Rotter cooked meth over 200 times in Iowa City since 2015 with help from associates and a female accomplice who provided pseudoephedrine.
