Linn District Court Action on Drunk Driving and Related Offenses
Four individuals received deferred sentences for drunk driving in Linn County Court. Michael J. Price, Victor A. Bartholdt, Kevin P. O'Brien, and Donna R Filson were named with ages and addresses and charged in June or July. Hugh T. Ellis was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 45 suspended. David E. Sherman, listed at Coe College, received a deferred sentence for marijuana possession. Richard D. Schneider, 23, received 30 days in jail with time served credit for disobeying a stop sign resisting an officer and related accidents.
