James David Bachmarski, 65, of Emanuel County Georgia, was charged with second degree murder in the 2017 disappearance of Jade Marie Colvin, who had been brought from Arizona to live on his farm in rural Winneshiek County. The case emerged after a years-long, multi agency probe, with potential for additional charges.
