At the fair six Applishus stands offer apple egg rolls for five dollars, made with green apples and a flaky wrap, with caramel dip to balance tart and savory flavors. The All Iowa Belly Up Burger, ten dollars, features pulled pork, candied bacon, coleslaw, and a half-pound pork belly patty on brioche, served at Rib Shack near the Anne and Bill Riley stage.
