Ramsey Clark Appeals Halt to North Vietnam War
Former US Attorney General Ramsey Clark spoke on Hanoi Radio urging a halt to North Vietnam bombing. In a recorded interview during his North Vietnam tour he warned civilian casualties will rise where there is no military engagement and no battle taking place. He cited a bombed village he visited as example of harm to innocents and destruction of schools and hospitals.

Rehire follows Hatch Act dispute in California

Inmate's Third Federal Suit Hits Cedar Rapids Court
